You must send a note of application to either the masters page(this one) or my page stating you would like to apply to be a master. (please make the subject on the note "application to the masters" or somthing just like that )

GRADING THE APPLICATIONS-

I personally will search your page if you apply and decide whether or not you could be considered a master, Im not harsh or mean and therefore if you are deserving it won't be hard to join, so please don't think im a horribly rude and thoughtless person. im just dedicated. I will not grade the works on CONTENT (as in if i hate pokemon it wont affect my decision if your work is really good pokemon) i will only grade on TECHNIQUE and APPLICATION of said technique.
